Platinum Wellbeing app
The platinum wellbeing app which you can download from app store & google play is our host for the EAP service. It’s where you can go to book services, assess your health and learn about all things health & wellbeing
Health Score Questionnaire
The HSQ is our primary tool for figuring out what you need to do in order to improve your health, and for the organisation to figure out how health the company is as a whole! It’s a simple sliding scale questionnaire which asks questions around physical, mental, financial & social wellbeing. Then based on the results you submit, it will recommend which services and tools you should utilise in order to better your health and wellbeing.

The bookable services on our EAP go far beyond the scope of any other EAP providers in the market because we care about being proactive. We know that from countless studies, early intervention & holistic changes has a bigger impact on our health than last minute reactive changes once the pain arrives. You can choose from;

Platinum Wellbeing EAP is available on Appstore and Android via the links below. You will be provided with a company log in via your welcome email for everyone to use. The app is not cloud based so no information from any forms is shared across devices, see our privacy policy for more information on this.
How To Access Services
Platinum Wellbeing EAP is about giving your employees access to the help they need, when they need it most, so here’s a breakdown of which services you should access, how to access and when best to access them.
Bookable Services
When you have an issue such as a need for counselling or any of the physical health support services we offer, head onto the Platinum Wellbeing App using your log in and select ‘book’ then select the relevant service you’d like to access. These services are there as both your reactive and proactive support.
Simply follow the process of booking an appointment and turn up, it’s that easy! These appointments come with your Free initial consultation so you can try before you buy, they can all be covered by the employee or the employer con the agreed 25% discounted rate for small business essentials.
Crisis support
Crisis support is found on the bottom navigation menu, this is every help line that may be relevant to an issue relating to immediate need for support in the UK. This service is completely FREE to access as and whenever you need to, please note that we only provide the links to contact the service, we do not get involved with the cases.
AI support tools
We have recently introduced two AI support tools, Alex PT and Lumi the emotional support specialist. You can have conversations with both AI tools and they will respond to your queries, these are particularly good for creating short term action plans to benefit your health and wellbeing.
