How does it work?

Becoming an official provider of Platinum Wellbeing is easy.

Step 1: Initial Alignment
We begin with a meeting to ensure our values align. In this session, we’ll discuss your business, the Platinum Wellbeing EAP, the app, your client base, and estimate the number of employees under management.

Step 2: Commission Forecast
Next, we calculate your potential earnings based on a 25% commission and estimated client uptake. This gives you a clear picture of the opportunity and helps determine whether it’s the right fit for your business.

Step 3: Official Partnership
If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll invite you to become an official provider of the Platinum Wellbeing EAP. This grants you the rights to introduce and sell the product to existing and new clients. Once a client signs up and contracts are exchanged, a 25% monthly commission retainer is activated and paid to you for each active client.

We’ll provide ready-made marketing materials and website content that follow our branding guidelines. You’re also welcome to create your own promotional content, as long as it’s pre-approved.

How does it work?

Proactive EAP is very simple. It runs off our employee health & wellbeing app, Platinum Wellbeing. Primarily Platinum Wellbeing is a health management and engagement tool that we use to assess employee health and wellbeing through regular assessments.

Every 3-6 months depending on your tailored engagement level, we ask employees to complete the health score questionnaire.

The Questionnaire evaluates the four pillars of health and wellbeing. Physical, Mental, financial & Social/Environmental.

On completion the employee gets a report with recommendations on what support would be suitable for them to access.

They can then use the structure below to access our private health services.

  1. First Two private health sessions are completely free

  2. The next 8 bookings are discounted by 65% for each of the private health services we offer.

  3. The following sessions are discounted by 25%.

Why do we use this structure?

The jump from completely free private health care, to full price healthcare is a scary one for many. We have ensured that we are not only under average market value, but we further discount our services so that employees on PEAP will never pay full price.

Consultations by phone or video using our secure patient management system.

No additional charge for prescriptions, which are sent electronically for client to take to any chemist of their choosing.
