How does it work?

  1. First Private health car consultations are completely free

  2. The following sessions are discounted by 25%.

Why do we use this structure?

The jump from completely free private health care, to full price healthcare is a scary one for many. We have ensured that we are not only under average market value, but we further discount our services so that employees on PEAP will never pay full price.

Ensuring our working relationships with employees have longevity and trust.

As a small business it pays to have quick access to private care for your employees, private medical insurance can be costly and not always effective. thats where we come in, The SBE package is your pillar of accessibility without the high costs per head.

And thats how EAP Small business Essentials works!

  • Holistic Wellbeing Focus

‘One of the most commendable features of the Platinum Wellbeing EAP is its holistic approach. The program doesn’t just address work-related issues but also takes into account personal, emotional, and family concerns that may affect an employee’s performance. Services include counselling, mental health support, and resources for dealing with issues such as stress, anxiety, relationship problems, and financial concerns.’

  • Accessibility & Convenience

‘Accessibility is a major strength. The program provides multiple channels for employees to seek support—via phone, online platforms, and in-person consultations (where available). The 24/7 availability of services ensures that employees can access help whenever they need it, which is critical in times of crisis or high stress. The online resources are also easy to navigate, making it convenient for employees to find information on their own.’

  • Confidentiality & Trustworthy

‘Confidentiality is a top priority in the Platinum Wellbeing EAP, which is crucial for employees who may be hesitant to seek help due to fears of stigma or privacy concerns. The program clearly communicates its commitment to keeping all consultations and interactions private, which helps build trust between employees and the service providers.’

  • Tailored Solutions

‘What makes Platinum Wellbeing stand out from more generic EAP programs is its tailored solutions. The program seems to invest time in understanding the specific needs of the workforce within a given organisation. Whether the issue is related to workplace culture, leadership challenges, or individual stressors, the program offers personalised support that caters to each employee’s unique situation.’

  • Wide Range of Services

‘The range of services offered is broad and inclusive. In addition to mental health support and counselling, the Platinum Wellbeing EAP offers career coaching, stress management workshops, and resources for financial advice, all of which contribute to employees' overall well-being. This wide array of services means that employees with different needs and concerns can find support that suits them best.’

  • Employer Benefits

‘From an employer’s perspective, the Platinum Wellbeing EAP offers significant value. Companies that utilise the program report increased employee satisfaction, improved productivity, and a reduction in absenteeism and turnover. Employers also appreciate the program’s proactive approach to mental health and well-being, which contributes to a more positive workplace culture.’

  • ‘The Platinum Wellbeing Employee Assistance Program is a highly valuable asset for companies looking to support their employees' overall well-being. With its broad range of services, strong focus on confidentiality, and tailored approach to addressing individual needs, it helps create a more resilient and productive workforce. Both employees and employers can benefit from the program's comprehensive offerings, though improving visibility in smaller workplaces could maximise its impact even further.’

The App

The System of Engagement

Wellbeing Engagement structure for proactive employee assistance program

The biggest barrier to success with wellbeing at work is lack of engagement, because engagement equals participation and participation equals results.

We use a specific engagement strategy which focusses on using management teams to filter down our presence to their teams and to engage in the regular assessments.

Then we push company wide engagement with regular communication, app notifications and challenges.

  • Engagement in learning material = life long knowledge

  • Engagement in booking services = Problems Solved

  • Engagement between colleagues = Better culture

And so on...

Our mission is for everyone to know exactly who we are and what they are entitled too, maximising usage and delivering on our promise.

It's time to truly change the perception of workplace wellbeing and bring employee & employer closer together.

Strategic wellbeing

Line graph comparing score rating over term with two lines labeled Work Performance and Company health score. Work Performance line rises sharply, while Company health score drops then rises again.

We don't just develop any old wellbeing strategy which we think fits best, we develop a personalised one. The app gathers data which we can use to develop a wellbeing strategy for your business. The business then gets a status of health score which is how we track the success of the strategy implementation.

The results from the health assessments are converted into numbers of health severity in the following sections; Physical, Mental, Social & financial wellbeing.

This gives us the data we need in order to focus on which aspects of health and wellbeing really matter.

How the embedding process works.

  • Employer signs up

  • Contracts exchanged and company emails created for app & communication use only

  • User accounts created for the app and sent out ready for log in

  • Induction video or face to face meeting takes place

  • Employees then begin to use the app taking the Health score questionnaire first

  • Analysis of scores, company health and offering of opportunities

  • Report composition with feedback on where we feel the health of the company is at

  • Implementation of recommended adjustments and content

  • Repeat
