When you submit the HSQ your data is safe. The HSQ will evaluate each section of the submission and match you with a service inside the app which you can access under the EAP. We also use the submission data to group it with the rest of the organisation so that we can get an overview of how healthy we are as a whole. No individual data is shared with the organisation throughout this process.
